The organization operating your workspace determines how it uses your information. Contact its operator for processing purposes, retention periods and privacy requests.
Google Calendar and OAuth
PEPOX requests calendar.events.owned to synchronize appointments with calendars you connect. Calendar events contain the appointment time and a link to the authenticated workspace; patient and clinical details are not copied into event descriptions.
Google API user data is used only to provide the requested calendar synchronization, address security needs or meet applicable legal obligations. It is not sold, shared with Meta/WhatsApp or advertising services, used for personalized advertising, advertising targeting or user behavior profiling. Google Workspace API data is not used to train, retrain, develop or improve general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and access is restricted to the connected workspace and account owner. Disconnect Google Calendar from your profile to revoke the stored connection. You can also revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting does not erase appointments in PEPOX; contact your workspace operator about retention or deletion of those records.
Meta/WhatsApp connections
Messaging integrations use the contact and message information needed for communications you explicitly authorize. Google Calendar user data is not forwarded to messaging providers. Remove the connected account in your profile and revoke PEPOX access in your Facebook account's business integration controls. Request deletion of retained workspace information from the workspace operator.
